Applegreen USA Welcome Centers Central Services in Marlton seeks a Shift Supervisor to lead daily operations, supervise team members, ensure top-notch customer service, and enforce brand standards and food safety policies.

You will train new hires, manage opening/closing procedures, operate the POS system, and assist in maintaining a safe, clean, and welcoming plaza for travelers. The role requires flexible hours, including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Cash handling and customer service experience required.
• Shift supervisor or leadership experience preferred.
• Demonstrates the ability to interact with the public and coworkers in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner.

Responsibilities

• Lead activities of team members on shift.
• Provide friendly customer service and resolve inquiries.
• Complete opening, closing procedures and POS operations.
• Ensure food safety and brand standards are followed.
• Assist in training new team members.
