Applegreen USA Welcome Centers Central Services in Marlton, NJ is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead shifts, ensure friendly customer service, uphold brand standards and food safety, and assist in training newly hired team members.

You’ll open and close operations, operate the POS system, handle cash, cross-sell products, maintain knowledge of offerings, stock and sanitize stations, and follow all policies.

Qualifications

• Cash handling and customer service experience required.
• Shift supervisor or leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the activities of team members on shift.
• Consistently provide friendly customer service and resolve customer complaints.
• Complete opening, daily and closing procedures/checklists.
• Operate POS system, process payments, and follow cash handling policies.
• Ensure proper food handling, labeling, dating, stocking, storing, rotating, and temperature checks.
