Job summary

CVS Health seeks a part-time Shift Supervisor in Ridgefield, CT to support store management in executing daily operations and delivering excellent customer service. You will lead staff in the absence of managers, supervise daily tasks, and ensure opening/closing procedures are completed efficiently.

The ideal candidate has strong communication and supervisory skills, flexibility to work early mornings, overnights, and weekends, and a high school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff in the absence of the manager and ensure store operations run smoothly.
• Assist customers and resolve questions or complaints while promoting CVS customer service culture.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves, and manage weekly promotional displays.
• Reset departments following planograms (POGs) and maintain department visuals.
• Communicate effectively with store management and crews to drive performance.
