CVS Health is seeking a Part-time Shift Supervisor in Belton, MO to support store management in driving operations and delivering exceptional customer service. You will lead staff in the absence of a manager, oversee opening/closing procedures, and ensure smooth daily store performance.

Qualifications

• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.
