Job summary

CVS Health in Independence, MO is seeking a Part-time Shift Supervisor to assist the Store Management team, drive store execution, and uphold excellent customer service when managers are not onsite. You will supervise staff, manage opening/closing procedures, and ensure merchandise presentation while preserving a positive shopping experience and customer confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise

Responsibilities

• Manage daily store operations and supervise crew in the absence of managers.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and address questions and concerns while maintaining confidentiality.
• Oversee merchandise presentation, restocking, pricing, and inventory tasks across departments
