Job summary

CVS Health in Cape Girardeau, MO seeks a part-time Shift Supervisor to support store execution and customer service while building loyalty. You will lead staff during shifts, ensure opening/closing procedures and help maintain inventory, displays and promotions.

Required are strong communication and supervisory skills, with flexibility for early mornings, overnights and weekends. This role offers 20 hours weekly with a pay range disclosed.

• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the store staff, assign and follow up on activities to ensure smooth operations.
• Communicate information effectively between management and crews.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints and promote CVS customer service.
• Maintain customer confidentiality and support a positive shopping experience.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves and manage weekly, promotional and seasonal displays.
• Reset departments following POGs and ensure proper inventory and signage.
