Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking a Shift Supervisor to support store management, drive execution, and build customer loyalty through excellent service. When managers are absent, you lead staff, ensure smooth operations, and complete opening and closing tasks while upholding store standards.

Ideal candidates have strong communication, supervisory experience, and flexibility for early mornings, overnights, and weekends. This part-time role offers a competitive pay range and benefits.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff when managers or Operations Supervisor are not onsite and ensure smooth operations.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints while promoting CVS customer service culture.
• Price, stock, and display merchandise; execute weekly, promotional, and seasonal displays and inventories.
• Complete opening and closing procedures as required to support store performance.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer information and uphold CVS policies.
