Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking a Shift Supervisor to support the store management team and drive store execution with a strong focus on customer service. When there is no manager onsite, you lead the store staff and ensure opening and closing procedures are completed.

The role emphasizes supervising the crew, effective communication with management, and merchandising duties including pricing, stocking, displays and inventory according to planograms.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and supervision capabilities are important.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including mornings, overnight and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff when no manager or supervisor is onsite; ensure store operations run smoothly.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints and promote CVS customer service culture.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves and manage displays; execute weekly, promotional and seasonal merchandising.
• Rese t department following plan-of-graphics (POGs) and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Maintain customer/patient confidentiality and communicate effectively with management and crews.
