Qualifications

• Attendance and punctuality required, with or without accommodations.
• Flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, holidays.
• 6 months in customer-facing role handling requests.
• Experience coaching food and beverage prep to standard recipes.
• 6 months or more in supervising or coordinating 2+ employees.
• Ability to direct work of others and learn quickly.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Knowledge of retail environment and cash handling.
• Ability to build relationships with customers and partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily store operations and guest experience.
• Coach and train team to prepare beverages/food to standard recipes.
• Ensure cash handling, safety, and security policies are followed.
• Support scheduling and delegation of tasks to team members.
