Qualifications

• Six months of experience interacting with customers and fulfilling requests.
• Six months of experience delegating tasks to two or more employees.
• Ability to direct the work of others and learn quickly.
• Availability to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily store operations and supervise team members.
• Prepare, coach and supervise the preparation of beverages and food to standard recipes.
• Ensure cash handling, store safety and security policies are followed.
• Provide excellent guest service and resolve issues promptly.
• Support adherence to store policies and brand standards.
