Qualifications

• Six (6) months of experience in a position that required constant interacting with and fulfilling the requests of customers.
• Ability to delegate tasks to other employees and coordinate the tasks of two or more employees.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Lead shift operations and ensure customer service standards.
• Prepare beverages and food to standard recipes or customize per customers.
• Coach and delegate tasks to team members to maintain smooth store operations.
• Uphold store safety, cash handling, and security procedures.
