Job summary

Starbucks Coffee Company is seeking a dedicated Shift Supervisor to lead daily operations and create a welcoming space for the community. You will oversee beverage and food preparation to standard recipes, coach team members, and ensure smooth service while maintaining store policies.

You will manage staff delegation, maintain cash handling accuracy, and uphold safety standards in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Attendance and punctuality required.
• Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays.
• Maintain store policies and safety standards including cash handling.
• 6+ months in customer-facing roles.
• 6+ months delegating tasks to 2+ employees.
• Prepare beverages/food to standard recipes or customer specs.
