Job summary

Starbucks Corp. is seeking a shift supervisor to lead a fast-paced team, ensure high-quality beverages and food, and maintain an inviting store environment for customers. You will guide staff, assign tasks, and respond to customer needs while upholding safety and company standards.

The role emphasizes training, coaching, and collaboration with partners to deliver exceptional service and smooth daily operations across peak hours.

Qualifications

• Six months of customer-facing experience.
• Flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Adherence to store policies, safety and cash handling standards.
• Prepare and coach beverages/food to standard recipes or customized for customers.
• At least six months of experience delegating tasks to two or more teammates.
• Ability to lead and coordinate team activities during shifts.

Responsibilities

• Lead shift with craft and heart to create a welcoming space.
• Ensure quality beverages and food to Starbucks standards.
• Coach and coordinate tasks of crew members.
• Uphold store safety, attendance and policy compliance.
• Provide exceptional service and respond to customer needs.
