Qualifications

• Regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
• Flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays
• Meet store policies and standards, quality beverages/food, cash handling, safety
• Six months experience in a role interacting with customers
• Six months of experience delegating tasks to two or more employees

Responsibilities

• Lead with craft and heart to make the store welcoming for the community
• Prepare and coach the preparation of beverages/food to standard recipes or customer customizations
• Delegate tasks and coordinate work among team members
• Ensure store policies, safety, and customer service standards are met
