Qualifications

• 6 months of experience in a position with customer interaction
• Availability for flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays
• Maintain attendance, punctuality, and store policies
• Experience delegating tasks to others and coordinating two or more employees
• Prepare beverages/food to standard recipes or customized for customers

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations and supervise team to ensure quality beverages and customer service
• Coach and delegate tasks to crew members to maintain efficiency
