Qualifications

• Six (6) months of experience in a customer-focused role.
• Six (6) months of experience delegating tasks to two or more employees.
• Ability to direct the work of others and learn quickly.
• Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead shift operations to ensure fast, friendly guest service.
• Coach beverage and food preparation to standard recipes or customized for customers.
• Delegate tasks to team members to maintain appropriate coverage.
• Uphold store safety, cash handling, and policy compliance while providing a welcoming environment.
