Qualifications

• Attendance and punctuality required with or without accommodation.
• Flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays.
• 6 months experience in a customer-facing role.
• Ability to coach beverage and food prep to standard recipes, with customization.
• Ability to delegate tasks to a team of at least two employees.

Responsibilities

• Lead shift with craft and heart to ensure a welcoming space for customers.
• Maintain quality beverages and foods to standard recipes.
• Coach beverage and food preparation, including recipe changes as needed.
• Direct and coordinate tasks and workload of team members during shift.
