Job summary

Starbucks Coffee Company is seeking a shift supervisor to lead a team in a welcoming neighborhood coffeehouse. You will ensure quality beverages and food, coach staff, and uphold store standards while delivering outstanding customer experiences.

The role emphasizes collaboration, quick learning, and strong communication as you manage daily operations and foster community connections at the store level.

Qualifications

• Six (6) months of experience interacting with and fulfilling customer requests.
• At least six (6) months of experience delegating tasks to others or coordinating two or more employees.
• Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays.
• Maintain policies and standards: quality beverages/food, cash handling, safety and security.
• Prepare beverages/food to standard recipes or customized for customers.

• Lead with craft and heart to make the coffeehouse a welcoming space for the community.
• Direct the work of team members and coordinate tasks to ensure smooth service.
• Provide excellent customer service and protect store safety and security.
