This role emphasizes teamwork, quick learning, and strong interpersonal skills to deliver outstanding customer experiences while maintaining store standards and policies across varying shifts.

Qualifications

• Six (6) months of experience in a position that required constant interacting with and fulfilling the requests of customers
• At least six (6) months of experience delegating tasks to other employees and/or coordinating the tasks of two or more employees
• Ability to direct the work of others and learn quickly
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork abilities

Responsibilities

• Lead daily store operations and ensure a welcoming space for customers
• Provide quality beverages and food and maintain store safety and security
• Coach and delegate tasks to team members to meet customer needs
