Job summary

Starbucks Coffee Company is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead daily operations in a welcoming, community-focused coffeehouse. You will supervise crew members, ensure quality beverages and food, and uphold store standards while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

The role emphasizes coaching, teamwork, and efficient operation across opening, running, and closing shifts, with a strong focus on safety, attendance, and customer service excellence.

Qualifications

• Maintain regular attendance and punctuality with or without accommodation
• Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays
• Meet store policies and standards, provide quality beverages/food, cash handling and safety
• Six months of customer-facing experience
• Six months of experience delegating tasks to two or more employees
• Prepare and coach preparation of beverages/food to standard recipes or customized for customers
