Qualifications

• Six (6) months of experience in a customer-facing role
• At least six (6) months of experience delegating tasks to others and coordinating two or more employees
• Ability to learn quickly and work as part of a team
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills

Responsibilities

• Lead shift operations with craft and heart to create a welcoming space
• Provide quality beverages and food per standard recipes and customer requests
• Monitor store safety, cash handling, and store policies
• Coach and delegate tasks to team members to ensure smooth service
