Job summary

Starbucks Coffee Company is seeking a shift supervisor to lead daily shift operations, coach the team, and ensure high-quality beverages and customer service in a welcoming store environment. The role requires reliable attendance and flexibility to cover early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

You will help maintain store safety, cash handling, and standard recipes while building relationships with customers and the community.

Qualifications

• Six (6) months of experience in a position that required constant interacting with and fulfilling the requests of customers
• At least six (6) months of experience delegating tasks to other employees and/or coordinating the tasks of two or more employees
• Prepare and coach the preparation of food and beverages to standard recipes or customized for customers, including recipe changes such as temperature, quantity of ingredients or substituted ingredients
• Meet store operating policies and standards, including providing quality beverages and food products, cash handling and store safety and security, with or without reasonable accommodations
• Available to work flexible hours that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays
• Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations during shifts and ensure customer satisfaction
• Coach and delegate tasks to team members to run smooth shifts
• Prepare beverages and food to Starbucks standards and customer specifications
• Ensure cash handling accuracy and maintain store safety and security
• Foster a welcoming environment and build relationships with customers and community
