Job summary

You will coach team members, delegate tasks, and maintain a welcoming store atmosphere for the local community. The role emphasizes teamwork, strong communication, and the ability to adapt to flexible hours, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Six (6) months of experience in a customer-facing role.
• Six (6) months of experience delegating tasks to others.
• Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays.
• Ability to prepare food and beverages to standard recipes or customized for customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead with craft and heart to create a welcoming Starbucks space for the community.
• Provide quality beverages and food products, and ensure store safety and security.
• Coach and delegate tasks to team members and supervise shift operations.
• Maintain excellent customer service and teamwork during all shifts.
