Starbucks Coffee Company is seeking a shift supervisor to lead a customer-focused team and maintain a welcoming, high-quality store environment. You will supervise operations, coach partners, and ensure consistent beverage and food preparation to standard recipes while supporting store safety and cash handling.

This role emphasizes strong communication, teamwork, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting, with flexible hours including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation
• Flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays
• Meet store policies: quality beverages/food, cash handling, safety with or without accommodation
• Six (6) months in a role with frequent customer interaction
• Six (6) months delegating tasks to others or coordinating two+ employees

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise store team to ensure smooth operations
• Coach and delegate tasks to team members during shifts
• Prepare and supervise beverages and food to standard recipes or customer specifications
• Maintain cash handling accuracy and uphold store safety standards
• Foster a welcoming, collaborative environment for customers and partners
