Starbucks Coffee Company is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead daily operations and ensure a welcoming, high-quality store experience. You will supervise team members, coach baristas, and uphold standards for beverages, food, and customer service.

This role emphasizes collaboration, consistent attendance, and flexible scheduling to meet store needs across early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
• Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays.
• Meet store operating policies and standards, including quality beverages/food, cash handling and safety.
• Six months experience in a role with customer interaction and fulfilling requests.
• Prepare and coach the preparation of beverages/food to standard recipes or customized for customers.
• At least six months of experience delegating tasks to two or more employees.
