Job summary

Starbucks Coffee Company is seeking a shift supervisor to lead team members and ensure each customer interaction reflects our craft and hospitality. You will help prepare beverages and food to standard recipes, coach staff, and maintain store standards for safety and service.

Qualifications

• Regular attendance and punctuality with or without accommodation
• Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays
• Maintain store policies: quality beverages/food, cash handling, safety with/without accommodation
• Six months of customer-facing experience
• Six months of delegating tasks to two or more employees
• Prepare beverages/food to standard recipes or customized for customers

Responsibilities

• Lead with craft and heart to make the store a welcoming space for the community
• Direct and coach team members to meet standards and service goals
• Ensure quality beverages, food, safety, and customer satisfaction
