Qualifications

• Six (6) months of experience interacting with customers and fulfilling requests.
• Prepare and coach the preparation of food and beverages to standard recipes or customized for customers.
• At least six (6) months of experience delegating tasks to others and coordinating two or more employees.
• Ability to direct the work of others and work as part of a team.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead with craft and heart to make the coffeehouse welcoming.
• Ensure quality beverages and food products and maintain store safety and security.
• Coach and delegate tasks to team members, coordinating shifts as needed.
• Contribute to a positive, collaborative store culture.
