Qualifications

• Attendance and punctuality required, with or without accommodation.
• Flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays.
• Adhere to store policies: quality beverages/food, cash handling, safety and security.
• Minimum 6 months in a role with customer interaction.
• Minimum 6 months delegating tasks to two or more employees.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coach team to prepare beverages and food to standard recipes or customer requests.
• Lead with craft and heart to create a welcoming space for the community.
• Ensure quality, safety, and store standards are met, including cash handling.
• Coordinate tasks among team members and provide leadership on shift.
