Qualifications

• Maintain regular attendance and punctuality.
• Available for flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays.
• Meet store policies; ensure quality beverages/food, cash handling, safety.
• Six months in a customer-facing role.
• Prepare beverages/food per standard recipes or customer modifications.
• Six months’ experience delegating tasks to others.

Responsibilities

• Direct the work of team members.
• Learn quickly and adapt to new tasks.
• Communicate effectively with customers and teammates.
• Maintain knowledge of the retail environment and store procedures.
• Foster strong interpersonal relationships and teamwork.
