Krispy Kreme in Marietta, GA is seeking a Shift Supervisor to help run daily operations and deliver a WOW experience for guests. You will oversee a shift, support shop leadership, and help ensure safety, cleanliness, quality and speed of service.

The ideal candidate has at least two years of relevant experience, at least one year in supervising a team, and strong communication and problem-solving skills. Must be 18+ and eligible to work in the US without sponsorship.

Qualifications

• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day operational excellence of the shop.
• Manage the flow of service to ensure safety, cleanliness, quality, and speed.
• Help build and lead a high-performance team of hourly Team Members.
• Assist AM/GM with scheduling, onboarding, training, and shop tours.
• Provide exceptional customer service to guests by fostering inclusivity and a welcoming culture.
