Krispy Kreme in Augusta, GA is seeking Shift Supervisors to oversee daily shop operations and support the leadership team. You will drive safety, cleanliness, quality, and speed, while guiding a high-performing team of hourly members.

The role emphasizes exceptional guest service and an inclusive culture that welcomes every individual. Ideal candidates have two years of relevant experience and at least one year in a supervisory capacity, with strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Two years of relevant experience.
• 1 year of experience supervising a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Has a steadfast commitment to nurture an equitable, unbiased culture where our peeps are empowered to showcase their originality.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Travel Requirements: 0-10%.
• Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day operational excellence of the shop.
• Manage the flow of service to ensure the highest levels of safety, cleanliness, quality, and speed.
• Help build and lead high performance team of hourly Team Members.
• Assist AM/GM with scheduling, onboarding, training, and shop tours.
• Provide exceptional customer service to guests by nurturing a culture where all people know that their wonderfully original identities are welcomed & loved.
