You will oversee a shift, partner with the shop leadership team, and help deliver the WOW experience to our guests as they enjoy fresh doughnuts hot off the line.

The role demands hands-on leadership, 2 years of relevant experience, and at least 1 year supervising a team, plus strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Two years of relevant experience.
• 1 year of experience supervising a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Commitment to an equitable, unbiased culture and originality.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Travel 0-10%.
• Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day operational excellence of the shop.
• Manage the flow of service to ensure safety, cleanliness, quality and speed.
• Help build and lead a high performance team of hourly Team Members.
• Assist with scheduling, onboarding, training, and shop tours.
• Provide exceptional customer service to guests and foster an inclusive culture.
