RaceTrac is seeking a Shift Manager to lead a fast-paced store team, drive guest satisfaction, and uphold standards across service, safety, and cleanliness. You will guide staff during shifts, coach for performance, and ensure efficient operations.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years in retail or food service, with 1+ year leadership experience, and a strong ability to motivate a team in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (in progress or completed).
• 2–3 years of relevant work experience (retail, restaurant, or food service preferred).
• 1+ years of leadership or supervisory experience.
• Strong communication and team-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a winning team on your shift with a cheerful, can-do attitude.
• Provide clear direction and assist with food service, stocking, cleaning, or cash handling.
• Coach team members in real-time, offering guidance and support during every shift.
• Address guest concerns with empathy and professionalism, escalating when necessary.
• Drive operational excellence by training to meet service, food safety, and cleanliness standards.
