RaceTrac is seeking a hands-on Shift Manager to lead a winning store team on each shift. You’ll motivate staff, set a positive tone, and ensure guest satisfaction while managing food service, stocking, cleaning, and cash handling.

You’ll coach teammates in real time, maintain safety standards, and drive operational excellence. The role emphasizes leadership development, teamwork, and accountability in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of work experience in retail, restaurant, or food service.
• 1+ year of leadership or supervisory experience.
• Comfort in fast-paced, high-volume guest-focused environments.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead a Winning Team on Your Shift and set a cheerful, can-do tone.
• Provide clear direction and assist with food service, stocking, cleaning, or cash handling.
• Coach team members in real time with guidance and support during shifts.
• Address guest concerns with empathy and professionalism; escalate when necessary.
• Train and guide the team to meet guest service, food safety, and cleanliness standards.
• Oversee inventory, receiving, and promotional communication.
• Ensure proper cash wrap, write-offs, and compliance documentation.
