Job summary

Krispy Kreme Doughnut Corporation is looking for Shift Supervisors to oversee daily shop operations and lead a team of hourly Team Members. You will work with shop leadership to ensure safety, quality, and speed while delivering a WOW experience for our customers.

Key responsibilities include scheduling support, onboarding, training, and promoting a welcoming, inclusive culture. The role requires 18+ years old, US work authorization, and 0–10% travel.

Qualifications

• Two years of relevant experience.
• 1 year of experience supervising a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day operational excellence of the shop.
• Manage the flow of service to ensure safety, cleanliness, quality, and speed.
• Help build and lead a high-performance team of hourly Team Members.
• Assist AM/GM with scheduling, onboarding, training, and shop tours.
• Provide exceptional customer service to guests by fostering an inclusive, welcoming culture.
