Job summary

Krispy Kreme is seeking a Shift Supervisor to oversee daily shop operations, ensuring safety, cleanliness, quality and speed while leading hourly Team Members. You will collaborate with the shop leadership team to support the overall operation and growth opportunities within Krispy Kreme.

The ideal candidate brings at least two years of relevant experience and one year in supervision, with strong problem-solving and communication skills, and a commitment to an inclusive work environment.

Qualifications

• Two years of relevant experience.
• 1 year of experience supervising a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Commitment to nurturing an equitable, unbiased culture.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Travel 0-10%.
• Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day operational excellence of the shop.
• Manage the flow of service to ensure safety, cleanliness, quality, and speed.
• Help build and lead a high-performance team of hourly Team Members.
• Assist AM/GM with scheduling, onboarding, training, and shop tours.
• Provide exceptional customer service to guests by nurturing a welcoming culture.
