Job summary

Krispy Kreme in Fridley, MN is seeking Shift Supervisors to oversee day-to-day shop operations, safety, cleanliness, quality and speed while supporting the shop leadership team. You will lead and develop a high-performing hourly team and ensure customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

The role includes assisting with scheduling, onboarding and training, and fostering a welcoming culture where everyone’s unique identity is valued.

Qualifications

• Two years of relevant experience
• 1 year of experience supervising a team
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
• Has a steadfast commitment to nurture an equitable, unbiased culture where our peeps are empowered to showcase their originality.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Travel Requirements: 0-10%
• Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day operational excellence of the shop.
• Manage the flow of service to ensure the highest levels of safety, cleanliness, quality, and speed.
• Help build and lead high performance team of hourly Team Members.
• Assist AM/GM with scheduling, onboarding, training, and shop tours.
• Provide exceptional customer service to guests by nurturing a culture where all people know that their wonderfully original identities are welcomed & loved.
