Job summary

Joe & The Juice in Orlando is hiring a Shift Supervisor to help keep the store energized and running smoothly. You’ll lead the shift, delegate tasks, and uphold high standards while delivering great guest experiences.

With 1–2 years in a supervisory role and a passion for people and service, you’ll coach juicers, support daily operations, and contribute to sales goals in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in a supervisory or team-lead role.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to stay cool and lead under pressure.
• Passion for people, service, and personal growth.
• Proactive, hands-on, team-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and ensure DCWF adherence with clear guidance.
• Supervise cleanliness and standards, using the task-monitoring system and Pink Standards.
• Coach and onboard new juicers through our training mantra: Knowledge – Training – Practice – Validation.
• Lead by example to create warm guest interactions and handle feedback professionally.
• Support store sales targets by managing deliveries and reporting accurately.
