Joe & The Juice in Fort Lauderdale is hiring a Shift Supervisor to help keep the heartbeat of the store alive. You’ll lead the shift, delegate tasks, and coach Juicers to deliver fast, friendly service and ensure a high-energy guest experience.

This role requires 1–2 years of supervisory experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and a hands-on, team-first approach. You’ll work with a dynamic team across a fast-paced, health-focused concepts and support sales targets while

Responsibilities

• Daily Operations: ensure the DCWF is followed with precision and provide feedback.
• Cleanliness & Standards: supervise daily checklists and uphold Pink Standards.
• Team Training: support new juicers through Knowledge–Training–Practice–Validation.
• Guest Experience: lead warm, memorable guest interactions and handle feedback.
• Sales Focus: monitor targets, manage deliveries, and support store sales.
