Joe & The Juice in Orlando is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead daily store operations, guide a busy team, and maintain the vibrant guest experience that defines our brand.

You’ll focus on smooth workflows, delegation, and training, while keeping energy high, standards sharp, and sales performance on track.

This role reports to the Store Manager and offers growth with an international brand that values people, service, and development.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in a similar supervisory or team lead role.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to stay cool and lead under pressure.
• Passion for people, service, and personal growth.
• Proactive, hands-on approach with a team-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Daily Operations: Manage store workflow and ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
• Cleanliness & Standards: Supervise daily checklists and maintain Pink Standards.
• Team Training: Support new juicers through training and practice.
• Guest Experience: Lead by example to deliver warm, memorable guest interactions.
• Sales Focus: Monitor targets and support store sales performance.
