Job summary

Joe & the Juice in Orlando seeks a Shift Supervisor to help keep the heartbeat of the store alive. You’ll lead the shift, ensure smooth operations, delegate effectively, and support juicers to grow and shine while maintaining high energy and guest satisfaction.

You’ll report to the Store Manager and contribute to keeping the store running like a well-oiled machine, with a focus on energy, standards, and teamwork. This is a fast-paced, people-centric role with room to grow across locations.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in a supervisory or team lead role.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to stay cool and lead under pressure.
• Passion for people, service, and personal growth.
• Proactive, hands-on approach with a team-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Daily Operations: ensure DCWF is followed with precision by observing store traffic and guiding the team.
• Cleanliness & Standards: supervise daily checklists and maintain Pink Standards, report issues.
• Team Training: support new juicers through Knowledge–Training–Practice–Validation.
• Guest Experience: lead by example to create warm, memorable guest interactions.
• Sales Focus: monitor targets, manage deliveries, and support store sales performance.
