You'll supervise shift performance, assist with production of beverages and snacks, manage cash, and uphold food safety standards while fostering a positive team environment.

Qualifikationen

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• 1+ year of restaurant, food service, retail, or leadership experience preferred.
• Previous supervisor, shift lead, or management experience is a plus.
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Basic math and cash handling skills.
• Comfortable using POS systems, tablets, and mobile devices.
• Ability to stand, bend, lift, and remain active throughout the shift.
• Comfortable working in varying temperatures, including kitchens, prep areas, coolers, and freezers.
• Food Handler Certification (current or obtainable within 30 days of hire).
• TB clearance required where applicable.

• Supervise daily shift operations and ensure brand standards are consistently met.
• Support smoothie, bowl, beverage, and pretzel production as needed.
• Train, coach, and develop team members.
• Handle cash management, register accountability, and operational procedures.
• Ensure food safety, sanitation, and quality standards are maintained.
• Monitor inventory, product availability, and store readiness.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures.
• Address guest concerns and resolve issues professionally.
• Foster a positive, productive team environment.
