Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Previous food service, retail, or hospitality experience preferred.
• Prior supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate Team Members during scheduled shifts.
• Deliver outstanding guest service and resolve guest concerns professionally.
• Prepare and serve Jamba and Auntie Anne's products according to brand standards.
• Ensure food safety, sanitation, and operational standards are consistently maintained.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and deposits.
• Monitor staffing levels and delegate tasks to ensure efficient operations.
• Train and coach Team Members to support performance and development.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked store environment.
• Support inventory management, product ordering, and waste control.
• Partner with management to achieve sales, labor, and operational goals.

What We’re Looking For:

• Must be 18 years or older
• Previous food service, retail, or hospitality experience preferred
• Prior supervisory or leadership experience preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to lead, coach, and motivate team members
• Flexible availability, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to stand, bend, lift up to 30 pounds, and remain active throughout the shift
• Basic math skills and proficiency with POS systems
• Food Handler Certification (current or ability to obtain within required timeframe)
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Comfortable using smartphones, tablets, and store technology systems
• TB clearance required, if applicable by location
