Del Taco Shift Manager position is open in which you will support the General Manager and lead a team to deliver an outstanding guest experience. You will supervise 1 to 7 team members, run shifts, train staff, and ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.

You will monitor labor and food costs, manage station functions, and communicate effectively with colleagues, managers and guests while maintaining professionalism and a positive work environment.

Competenze

• 1-2 years of experience in quick service restaurant environment with demonstrated ability to ensure guest satisfaction and ability to train and maintain an on-going guest service delivery.
• Demonstrated ability to lead staff and manage multiple tasks while following company policies.
• Ability to read, write and speak effectively in English.
