Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in quick service restaurant environment with demonstrated ability to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Leadership partner with management and staff, and to provide quality service to guests.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks with effective follow-through.
• Demonstrated ability to motivate and lead staff to achieve organizational goals.
• Basic computer and cash handling skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise team to deliver quality, guest service, safety, cleanliness and cost control.
• Run shifts and support GM in executing company policies and programs.
• Record and monitor job performance using required paperwork and POS systems.
• Supervise 1 to 7 team members and ensure objectives are met.
• Ensure compliance with laws, safety, and company policies during shifts.
• Provide leadership, direction, and coaching to staff; participate in staffing decisions as needed.
