Qualifications

• Previous customer service or food service experience required.
• Leadership experience preferred (but training provided).
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
• Able to manage shifts and ensure food safety and cash handling.

Responsibilities

• Lead each shift with confidence, clarity and consistency.
• Set the tone on the floor — calm, upbeat and solution-focused.
• Work with your team to hit service, sales and quality goals.

• Keep the shop clean, stocked and running efficiently.
• Handle guest questions or concerns with professionalism and warmth.
• Ensure food safety, cash handling and operational standards are met.
• Support training and help newer team members feel confident.
• Communicate with management about what’s working and what needs attention.
• Bridge leadership expectations with day-to-day energy of the team.
• Protect the experience on every shift.
