Job summary

ApplegreenUSA is hiring a Shift Supervisor to lead daily shifts, ensure exceptional customer service, uphold brand standards, monitor food safety, and drive performance across our travel plazas in the Northeast and Midwest.

You will train new team members, oversee opening and closing procedures, manage POS transactions accurately, cross-sell products, and collaborate with plaza leadership to resolve issues and maintain a welcoming guest experience.

Qualifications

• Cash handling and customer service experience required.
• Shift supervisor or leadership experience preferred.
• Demonstrates the ability to interact with the public and coworkers in a friendly, enthusiastic manner.

Responsibilities

• Lead the activities of team members on shift.
• Provide friendly customer service and resolve complaints.
• Complete opening, daily, and closing procedures.
• Operate POS system and handle payments accurately.
• Ensure proper food handling, labeling, dating, stocking, and temperatures.
• Assist in training new team members.
• Follow brand standards, safety requirements, and company policies.
• Inform plaza leadership of observations or problems.
• Execute additional assigned tasks.
