Job summary

ApplegreenUSA is hiring a Shift Supervisor to lead on-site shifts, ensure top customer service, and uphold brand standards and food safety. You will train new team members, monitor cash handling, and maintain day-to-day operations in a fast-paced travel plaza environment.

The role requires supervising staff, resolving customer issues, and ensuring accurate opening/closing procedures while promoting products and maintaining safety and cleanliness.

Qualifications

• Cash handling and customer service experience required.
• Shift supervisor or leadership experience preferred.
• Able to interact with the public and coworkers in a friendly, enthusiastic manner.

Responsibilities

• Lead the activities of team members on shift.
• Provide friendly customer service and resolve complaints.
• Complete opening, daily and closing procedures/checklists.
• Operate POS system, process payments, and follow cash handling policies.
• Ensure proper food handling, labeling, dating, stocking, rotating and temperature checks.
• Perform kitchen tasks including prep, cooking, packaging and cleaning.
• Stock, clean and sanitize workstation/equipment.
• Cross-sell and up-sell products.
• Maintain product knowledge and assist training of new team members.
• Follow brand standards, food safety and company policies.
• Inform plaza leadership of observations or problems.
• Execute other tasks as assigned.
