Job summary

Kith Treats is seeking a Shift Supervisor to assist the Shop Manager in directing daily store operations at the Soho Treats location. You will lead a team to improve customer service, drive sales, and uphold store standards, ensuring efficient service and strong merchandising.

The role requires 1–2 years of management experience in a customer-facing environment and 1+ year in Food & Beverage, plus a valid Food Handler’s or ServSafe certificate.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of management experience in a customer-facing role.
• 1+ years of Food & Beverage experience.
• Valid Food Handler’s or ServSafe certification or equivalent.
• Open and flexible availability, including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise staff to improve service and drive sales.
• Act as Manager on Duty for shifts.
• Ensure adherence to store policies and operational standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and safe operation of kitchen equipment.
• Coordinate with Retail Leadership on priorities and initiatives.
• Support after-hours tasks as needed.
