Job summary

Kith Treats is seeking a F&B Assistant Shop Manager for our Kith Women’s Cafe in the United States. This full-time role supports the Shop Manager, leads F&B staff, and partners with HQ on inventory, staffing, and business matters in the manager’s absence.

Open availability is required, with evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays. A valid Food Handlers license (or ServSafe) is required. 1–2 years in a customer-facing managerial role and 1+ years in F&B are preferred. on-site work only.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in a customer-facing managerial role.
• 1+ years in the Food & Beverage industry.
• 6+ months using industrial kitchen equipment.
• 1+ years in a retail/apparel operations role is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily shop operations and maintain company standards.
• Act as MOD when Shop Manager is away, ensuring smooth operations.
• Enforce food safety protocols and operational standards.
• Provide exceptional customer service and hospitality.
• Assist in scheduling, staffing, and training of team members.
• Manage inventory, par levels, and communicate supply concerns.
• Prepare accurate logs and participate in weekly safety walks.
• Coordinate with HQ/store partners on business matters.
